atontor 1,068 Posted July 26, 2015 Hi. Next week I'm out exactly 2 months. Thankfully I didn't have any issues. I enjoyed the Puree foods and once I was clear to have soft foods I ate homemade chili. It has a lot of Protein along with the shakes. I eat and drink about 4oz when drinking or eating. My surgery weight was 305. I'm down to 232 as of this past Friday.
