itsmekarenlee 129 Posted July 24, 2015 Hi everyone When taking your Vitamins and suppliments do you take them all at the same time? I take 1 Multivitamin, 1 2000mg vit d, sublingual vit B complete, 1 Fish Oil/Omega 3 pill, 10,000 mg Biotin and 2 Chondroitin/glucosamine tablets at one time. My one year bw came back fine, for what he tested (my MD/FP missed a lot of tests though because he didn't know, I don't think, but we'll get them all in Dec. I don't have a bariatric Dr anymore). I take the 500mg calcium chews in the middle of the day but I usually always forget those. I wish I could just take them with the pills I take in the mornings and get them over with. I was wondering- if taking all those pills at the same time are they all getting absorbed ok? Because I have heard we can't take the 1000mg Calcium at one time because of the absorbtion. James Marusek 5,244 Posted July 25, 2015 You need to separate the Calcium from the Iron and have at least 2 hours separation. The Iron is probably in your Multivitamin. Also you cannot take all the calciums at once. It will not properly get absorbed.
