Bufflehead 6,358 Posted July 23, 2015 My plan was very strict -- 3 meals a day, no more than 3 tablespoonfuls of food at each meal. No Snacks other than Protein Shakes. So, it wasn't my call as to how to plan anything! It worked for me though. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
