MommyMeghan 92 Posted July 23, 2015 Today is the one year anniversary. Exactly this time last year I was getting stuck with IV's and ready to have major surgery, to hit the reset button on my body and my life. One year later I can honestly say I have never felt better, ever. I can move. I can breath, I can exercise, I can enjoy life. I am so grateful. Some people who know me say I look like a completely different person. I feel like a whole new person. I'm really happy. Just wanted to share with all of you. Have a fantastic day! MommyMeghan 92 Posted July 23, 2015 I've lost 85lbs from my highest weight but it's been slow going. I lose some then plateau, lose a little more and so on. I like to focus on things beyond the weight, it helps with frustration. I am for the first time in my adult life wearing a size 8! I climbed a mountain! I lived through several highly intense exercise classes! Those are all wow achievement moments for me so when the scale stalls out, I remember them. I get to live the way I always wanted. It's a blessing
