My pre op is 3 Protein shakes a day, 2 meals of 3 oz lean Protein and veggies. I can also have sf Jello, sf popscicles, cucumbers and celery. I can have radishes and mushrooms, but I'd rather eat dirt so I don't ;)

I'm doing ok with it, at day 5 I'm a little cranky. I find that if I plan out my meals so I don't get hungry, I'm happier.

Me too I just keep reminding myself its important. I bought a cream of vegetables Soup in the cafeteria for tonight. Going to strain out veggies and thin it a little. Nutritionist said chicken would be better. Wish i knew of restaurant that made that. The Campbells soup version seems too thick and yellow- maybe I can add Water to it and strain the chicken out.

Wish I could have cream Soup. I can only have chicken broth with plain Protein powder added in. And would love some lean Protein with my veggies. Oh well, it is what it is and it's only temporary.
