@@ebrandon I get them at Vitamin Shoppe, which is nice because you can but single bags and not worry about shipping. Last time, I just ordered a few cases from Quest Nutrition's website because I was buying in bulk, though Vitamin Shoppe will sell in bulk!

My surgeon considers any carbs pretty much slider foods. Every time I go in for a follow up he reminds me not to eat mashed potatoes. He has this hang up about mashed potatoes.

I always remind him that I hate mashed potatoes and I'd rather eat a can of Little Friskies.

Frozen yogurt bars. The mint chocolate chip ones are only 100 calories....the problem is I want to eat 4 at a time!
