DeeLove227 4 Posted July 22, 2015 Hi, I got sleeved July 14. Everything went excellent and I feel great! I'm just a little confused about the exercising. I'm already walking 3.9 miles a day. My question is for those that lost weight quickly, did you exercise in the beginning? If so, how much and would the recommendation be to wait until weeks later for better weight loss results? Also, what do you feel attributed to your early quick weight loss results?
Elode 8,093 Posted July 22, 2015 I think your suppose to exercise, you should. I however did not (which I don't condone) I wasn't eating enough and didn't feel comfortable exerting energy I didn't feel like I had. I just started to do some physical activities a couple weeks ago. All my weight loss was from what I put in my mouth. I've lost almost 100 lbs. compared to others I'm on track. It didn't hinder me. Do what your surgeon says. I followed all the other "rules".
