:guessHey-I have a question. Mostly when we eat out, I either order an appetizer for the meal or share my hubby or daughter's. But I was wondering if any of you guys know if there is a website or something with the ozs listed for like chains (Chilis, Red Lobster etc) I have found sites that give the WW points, but can't find anything with the actual ozs. the website for the particular restaurant usually lists portions, nutritional info, etc.

here is a news flash - at Pei Wei, all of the dishes are TWO servings (even though pre-band I would eat a whole one)
