ej96 3 Posted July 21, 2015 Hey everyone one. Tomorrow will make one week post op and although I've a lot of support around me I'm feeling very alone. Anyone I personally know who has had this surgery are in their thirties or so and I have a hard time relating to them because of the age difference. Im extremely thankful for this tool and am ready to live the healthy life Ive always wanted to have, however this liquid diet is extremely hard even though I get full I just want to chew something. Does anyone have any tips on what they did?

OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted July 21, 2015 I buy my powder at a local chain. GNC also sells it. I am not sure if they have it in stores, I don't shop at GNC.< /p> http://www.gnc.com/Allmax-Nutrition-IsoNatural-Unflavored/product.jsp?productId=3467633

Ours will be a lot less care free social experiencenes will be different we can occasionally indulge but won't be able to pig out our potential night life will be affected as far as alcohol and because we are younger we hopefully will have more years to maintain this new healthy life because old habits die hard... what was your starting weight
