tiffie00 2 Posted July 20, 2015 Hello, hope someone can answer or share their personal experience my current BMI is 35.4 I have BCBS of TX and also have 2 co morbidities type 2 diabetes along with fatty liver and PCOS but I don't have 2 year weight history of 35 usually was maintaining a BMI between 32-34. I have started my three month supervised diet but I am worried I am not going to get approved with out the 2 year weight history. Any sleevers had this issue and got approved ? I had a BMI that was a bit higher, but other health issues such as high blood pressure and they added pre-diabetic. I also could show trips to the doctor and being placed on meds to help also lose weight, Weight watchers, etc. I also was told I was a bit shorter, just under 5'8" and they could use that to bump up my BMI... IMHO think your medical history will probably be enough to get you approved : PCOS & Type II Edited July 20, 2015 by jane13
