travelgirl 3 Posted July 9, 2007 Zannie, I can TOTALLY see it in your face! The little puffy bags under your eyes are gone, and you look healthier! I have the same deflated boob thing going on as you do. I keep telling my DH, that pretty soon, I'll have to ROLL them up to get them into a bra. So sad. babygrl1234 6 Posted July 9, 2007 Zannie you can definitely tell the difference in the face. In the first pic I can barely see your eyes and in the second one they are sparkling! I can see a body difference too. You are beautiful and doing so awesome!

babygrl1234 6 Posted July 10, 2007 LOL. I just got in an 11 mile ride. And with all the bugs at the park that I rode through i think I got all my Protein in for the day!
travelgirl 3 Posted July 10, 2007 LMAO! That's precisely the reason I did NOT go for a ride tonight. HOWEVER, I did get in my 60 minutes today! 6 of 20 workouts (60+ min)
skinnyjeans 2 Posted July 10, 2007 Get up 30 minutes before you usually do and get on the treadmill. Have your workout shoes and clothes right next to the bed. Better yet sleep in your workout clothes and put your shoes on first thing. It sucks, you will hate it no doubt. But once that 30 minutes is up and it is now the normal time you would ahve woken up you will be able to say "damn I am done workiing out, I don't even have to look at the treadmill if i don't want to". It will be worth it once it is over with. The first few times are rough but it gets easier. It seriously makes you feel better. It makes your day better. The farther along you go i nthe day the harder it is to workout. Especially if you hate doing it. Get the bad over first so you can enjoy the good for the rest of your day. I definitly need to do this because by the time I finish working, Im pooped out. I just wrapped up work at 9 and be at it since 8 this morning. i'm not going to meet my goal, since i've yet to exercise:think
skinnyjeans 2 Posted July 10, 2007 Zannie I see a difference too. Your face is slimmer and agree with Babygirl, your eyes are more noticable. You're doing great. Babygirl you look fabulous too. I can tell a difference. You just glow.
Zannie 6 Posted July 10, 2007 Awh, shucks...thanks guys! I've worn myself ragged & am off to bed... And, Babygrl, that extra Protein () on your ride is EXACTLY why I do my exercise inside! :biggrin1: Keep up the good work, everyone! carole 0 Posted July 12, 2007 I've completed day 6 of 20 at 1 hour 15 minutes each. :banana It's not that bad going from two days to three days a week. I thought it would kill me for the bit of extra time.
travelgirl 3 Posted July 12, 2007 DH and I went for a 40 minute bike ride tonight, I have no idea how far we went, but I feel awesome. It was SO nice outside today, it rained all morning and most of the afternoon, and then the sun came out and it was beautiful! I hope it's nice again tomorrow evening, so I can go again! I rounded out my hour on the treadmill. 8 of 20 workouts (60+ min)
ARMKAM 0 Posted July 12, 2007 We walked about 4 miles yesterday since the weather was so great. My dd wants to do it again today. Saturday we're going hiking at a place called "garden of the gods", huge cliffs, etc once my dd gets home from camp.
babygrl1234 6 Posted July 12, 2007 Well since I don't think my weigh in is going to go well tomorrow I decided it was time to check the numbers. I have lost 7 inches since last month. 1 inch each in the chest, each thigh, hips, waist, 1/2 inch in each calf and in each arm.
travelgirl 3 Posted July 12, 2007 That's great! I need to have my DH take my measurements....I have no idea where I am, but my size 18 pants are getting more comfy, even though I haven't lost anything in about 3 weeks. 9 of 20 workouts (60+ min)
