tonifrdabronx 31 Posted July 19, 2015 In 2014 my band slipped , and I a complete unfill. Of course some of the weight I lost came back, but not too much because I was still working out. Getting myself back on track has been hard. My PA suggested I have an Endoscopy to make sure the band didn't slip again. I was a nervous wreck. The doctor confirmed that all was good, and I was relieved. They added 0.25 to my band. This was my first fill since January 2015. I feel the difference. I can eat , but the fullest comes after three or four chew sessions with my meal. I'm less hungry between meals .....lasting at minimum 4 hours. I'm tighter in the mornings , so I just drink some Water and then eat my oatmeal 30 minutes afterwards. I haven't weighed myself, but size 12 clothing is starting to feel loose. I also started taking different classes at the gym like Masala Bhangra and Barre Conditioning. I stop wearing my heart rate monitor, and now I just focus on the work and not the calories on the watch.
