Can I take Imodium AD for diarrhea?

6 days post op and I've been consuming a lot of sugar free Jello, popsicles and adding sugar free stuff to my Water. I think that is what is causing terrible diarrhea, so I'm cutting wayyyy back on that stuff. In the meantime, is it safe to take Imodium AD if I only take a few?

My sleeve doesn't like sugar free stuff due to artificial sweeteners. I couldn't do the SF Popsicles or crystal light post op at all. Decaf tea is all I could tolerate and is still my go to drink. Maybe that would help. I have taken Immodium but not until 4-5 weeks out.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
