LisaPunkinHead 187 Posted July 19, 2015 (edited) I have Premier Protein chocolate for Breakfast every day. I have a few vanilla ones in there but I like the chocolate better, which is sort of strange because I don't really like chocolate things since my surgery!! 1SlimmerMe 122 Posted July 20, 2015 (edited) I'm with @@miller1109 and @@LisaPunkinHead, chocolate Premier Protein. It seems to have the most Protein and fewest carbs for ready made shakes. It's all about convenience for me. It helps that they put $4 off coupons in the paper every few months. That's when I stock up! okcpaul 28 Posted July 20, 2015 Myoplex at Walmart. It has 40g of Protein, 1g sugar and it was low in carbs. 300 calories. Tastes good and it's inexpensive.
okcpaul 28 Posted July 20, 2015 The brand is EAS. There are several varieties in this brand. The one I'm referring to is labeled myoplex. I've only had the chocolate.
