Karen82 5 Posted July 18, 2015 Ok so its been almost a year after my surgery and I have lost 80 pounds. However, even after being consistent with my gym I've started to sag a lot; particularly around my breast and even my thighs and arms Has anyone undergone similar problems? Need some suggestions? Elode 8,093 Posted July 18, 2015 Well you have a few options A: lift weights and try toning that way along with squats ect....B: have plastic surgery, something are just not going to bounce back not even with exercise.
