KarenKaye 16 Posted July 17, 2015 I'm three days out and haven't had a bowel movement yet. Just a lot of gas from both ends and in between. I'm grumpy and sore and bloated. But I keep walking and drinking liquids. It's got to get better.

yankee2gal2@yahoo.com 22 Posted July 19, 2015 These are the hardest days. On the third day I really felt like I turned the corner in the upward swing. Better every day after that. Hang in there you'll be fine
Cody's mom 247 Posted July 20, 2015 Every body is different, every body heals different, I was up shopping at costco and the streets of Tijuana two days after surgery, working my horses seven days afterand driving eight hours to work on day ten to a very remote location and eating what was made for everyone on the job site. I've heard some people take longer. Just like snow flakes no two people are alike. Find someone in the same situation as you and go threw the process together, lean on each other and find comfort with someone in the same boat as you. I found the entire experience very easy, others did not. Good luck, when you feel better you'll be so excited.
jandira13 1 Posted July 20, 2015 Hi ! I had surgery 7/7/2015. Today I went back to the gym..its get better! as soon as you start eating real food (pureed now for me) your body has more energy. I don't have any pain.Only the firs 2 days are horrible after that is ok. I'm kind of out of ideas for menus but i will go back to the nutritionist tomorrow to get some help but not hungry yet
