Snacks or no snacks, I'm confused

Well I had RNY and I notice that when I snack between meals I stall or even gain, so I try not to snack between meals and if I want a snack I'll grab a Protein Drink and/or Water.< /p>

The big prohibition is against "grazing." That means nibbling pretty much all day long, whenever slider foods sing your name from the refrigerator, the kitchen cabinet or the candy jar on Suzie's desk.

Grazing isn't even close to a mid-afternoon snack of Greek yogurt (with 12 grams of protein) when dinner is still four hours away.
