Soapandcandlequeen 124 Posted July 19, 2015 I will be honest, I just can't eat that low on carbs. I am losing about half a pound to a pound a day right now. My carbs are still watched closely but I Am usually around 70 a day. This is your program and you have to stick to what works for you. I make sure my carbs are coming from good sources and not crackers or something like that. I fell into the cracker trap for awhile and have since broken that habit. They're extremely processed (requiring little digestive effort on the part of our stomachs or intestines), slide on right through our stomachs, and don't curb our hunger at all.
