Had sleeve surgery Oct 2014 and I've lost 100 pounds. Question is what to do to get ride of the saggy neck that's left behind from a double chin! It's really frustrating!!! Any suggestions?

I promise I'm not trying to sell on this page! I'm an It Works distributor. The wraps really work. If you want photos let me know and I'll send you a couple.

I tried those wraps and reviewed them for a local paper. Unfortunately they got 1 out of a possible 5 stars. It only got the one star due to the Water requirement in the instructions.

How many wraps did you try? I have had nothing but success with them. I will post pics of my own neck and arms. 8 wraps is a full treatment.

I did the full treatment and I had two test subjects as well. All of us were thin at that time and our focus was the tummy area. We had to be thorough since this was for a review. All Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted.

And for the lady asking about wraps for the neck area, at the time or our test group, the wraps were one size and you could cut them down for various areas. They may have changed since then. Not sure.

Try making "kissing the sky". Someone on here mentioned it as a good neck exercise and I have been doing it periodically. Tilt your head back and point your lips to the sky and kiss.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
