Misty101 10 Posted July 16, 2015 I'm two weeks as of today. I weigh my self once a week, the first week I lost 10lbs and then this week I gained 3 lbs. so disappointing to see. It makes me wonder am I doing something wrong. I'm getting in 40 oz of Water a day. trying so hard to do more. and I'm eating 500-700 calories give or take a little. Its a little upsetting to see the scale today I have to admit.
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted July 16, 2015 It happens. Especially early on. Your body is still adjusting to all the changes of surgery and a new way of eating. The closer you get to 64 ounces of fluids and 60+gms of Protein, the easier the weight loss. Keep working towards that. It might be easier to only weigh bi-weekly for a while. I personally only weigh myself once a month. It helps me focus on my proper eating and exercise instead of numbers on the scale. If you need benchmarks, take your measurements. I did neck, boobs, waist and hips. Even when the scale doesn't move, the measurements will show you how your body is shifting and changing.
