Got my date today for surgery!! My husband goes in sept 21 for his surgery! It was a great appt. Dr wants me to lose 8 pounds and hubby 10. Our personal goal.is to lose more than that. Got my binder with information that I will read in a bit but I had to share! I am just ready to change our lifestyle together to see what the future holds. Thanks for all the wonderful info you guys

@@PureDarkness my dr only has a day before surgery pre-op liquid diet. He wants me to lose 8 pounds before the surgery on 8/19 but I will go into his office on 8/18 to weigh.

As the 19th approaches I am getting nervous!! It is a mix feeling of am I sure?? bc I can't change my mind on the 21st and I am doing well with watching what I am eating and working out everyday along with why did it take me this long to want to get healthy?
