LifeIsGood14 3 Posted July 14, 2015 I am one month post op and I have started taking Centrum Multivitamin twice a day as well as Citracal Calcium supplement. However, these pills are huge in my small stomach pouch. I was taking two children's chewable and was OK with them. Anyone have any suggestions for adult chewable? Thanks
kathy0529 41 Posted July 14, 2015 For Multivitamins - I take Flintstones...love them! For the Calciums, my pills are large, too, and I split them. I make sure to get a good amount of Water in my sip and hope for the best when it goes down.
jands75 10 Posted July 21, 2015 How many Flintstones do you take? I'm supposed to take a multivitamin with Iron three times a day...so would that be three Flintstones, or do you double up and take six per day?
LifeIsGood14 3 Posted July 22, 2015 Jands, it says the adult dose for flinstone Complete (has to be the complete kind) are two a day. That is what I take as per my dietitian. Also it does have the right amount of Iron too. I compared it to Centrum for adults and it's basically the same thing just in chewable form. Hope this helps
