LISALOVESVEGAS 21 Posted July 14, 2015 After a very lengthy time in the Comprehensive Weight Management Program at my clinic undergoing classes, support groups, doctors appointments, testing, etc., it is finally time for my surgery tomorrow. I am actually surprised at how relaxed and calm I am about it at this point. For the past months, I have been practicing taking small sips, tiny bites, and chewing, chewing, chewing but until I actually do it post-surgery, I don't know what it is actually going to feel like. Just wanted to thank everyone for all of the wonderful advice that I have gotten from reading other member's posts. I've gotten some great information and tips. If you are a spiritual person, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow. Thanks!

2twinkle 86 Posted July 15, 2015 Hey Lisa Love! You are better than I am. I am best at watching what I eat, doing nearly vegan whole foods and working out. My surgery is friday, and I imagine that's when I will become a small sipper. Do you know anything about coffee post op? I suspect it will be strictly Decaf from now on. I grieve the anticipated loss of caffeine. Starkwe
