You cannot take anything for PAIN except Tylenol... unless its injected.

FOr pain try ICE packs switched to HOT packs,, it worked well for me.

I have Arthritis in my lower spine, left hip and knees (from excess weight load)

2 wks ago I had to stop taking my CELEBREX (like Gold!!) and its been 'iffy' but I am managing with the ice packs and heat.. alternately...

also, don't forget we may have some pain now, but as we drop the lbs the load on our joints will be much easier to bear.

Have you ever tried topical muscle pain relievers??? What is that one called?? Arnica?? Forgive me if my spelling is wrong.
