Surgery on Wednesday!

I am having bypass on Wednesday and am freaking out a bit. Has anyone had this issue before their surgery? I am going forward but every so often my brain says no don't do it.

I was pretty nervous also but kept reminding myself how happy I would be when I have lost weight!! You will be too!!

It's a normal reaction. Mine is on the 29th and after all this time waiting, these last few weeks have definitely been the most surreal. My thoughts are all over the place!

I am 13 days post op and didn't freak out before but in the hospital afterwards I had a few moments where I said "what the heck did I just do?!" It will pass but it helps to be ready for your journey. Say goodbye to things you won't have, at least for a while. Best of luck!

I think this is completely normal! I'm scheduled for surgery on the 28th. I'm all over the place with my emotions, but I know that I'm doing this for a reason and I'll come out better in the end.
