reree6898 1,164 Posted July 22, 2015 You can get an off brand blender that's just like the bullet one at Walmart for less then twenty dollars. I have one that I've used quite a bit for a few years now and it's still going strong and does a great job.
atontor 1,068 Posted July 23, 2015 I cooked chicken and red kidney Beans and blended them together with some chicken broth. I ate that for two weeks. I'm down 68lbs in 7 weeks. I was sleeved on May 29. Once I was cleared to eat regular food I made a lot of homemade chili with ground chicken, 3 different beans , peppers, onions, corn. Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt is a great choice. It's zero added sugar, zero fat, and zero artificial sweeteners.

TakeitorSleeveit 124 Posted August 14, 2015 What brands/types of yogurt are people buying for this stage? All the yogurt I look at has so much sugar in it! Any suggestions? My plan is pretty strict. The only Greek yogurt my surgeon and nutritionist wants me to eat is Kroger Light Greek. It only has 7 grams of carbs, which is way lower than any of the others. And it tastes great!
