Jamoorse 0 Posted February 20, 2006 someone sent a post that one saturday a month there is a luncheon in plano, i would like to know about it also; i see you were researching the surgery, have you been to one of Dr. Jay's seminars? You really should go to one or he has support group meetings in mckinney, call his office to attend one;
Ri-Ri 0 Posted February 20, 2006 Hi Julie, So you've been banded for a couple weeks and still aren't feeling well? I'd like to know more about that if you don't mind sharing. I'm considering the surgery, but would probably have to go back to work full time after a week off. I've heard people say they have gone back right away. Are you having a lot of trouble? I'm still in the nervous stage about this surgery.
Jamoorse 0 Posted February 20, 2006 I feel great; most people do go back in a week, i have 10 people in my office who have had it done in the past 3 years and went back after 2 weeks; for me being diabetic you heal slower and also it was easier for me to take short term disability so i did it; you willl be great; don't even question it please; do you have any health problems? email me too: jamoorse@comcast.net
