nativedoll1 7 Posted July 12, 2015 How am I going to make 10 days pre-op and post-op with these shakes if they make me feel like this??? They are tearing my stomach up.
LovinSoul 113 Posted July 12, 2015 What brand shakes are you drinking? Using milk or Water or a premixed type? What's the issue? I was somewhat gassy from two to three shakes a day, but it wasn't horrible.
nativedoll1 7 Posted July 12, 2015 I've tried premier, Syntrax, & whey isolate (strawberry). I can tolerate syntrax but after awhile I become nauseous. I am allergic to milk so I've mixed all of them with Water
NORCALRN 60 Posted July 12, 2015 I would keep trying different brands. Most places such as GNC will let you exchange it if you need to. I still use crushed ice in mine. I have to have things I drink really cold, or I gag. And yes, sometimes it creates a spasam due to the cold. But really, keep buying new ones. powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury seems popular. hang in there......it does get better! majorsmama 91 Posted July 12, 2015 Do you like drinking broth better? Maybe you can buy an unflavored Protein Powder and add some to your broth to get Protein that way.
tacha22001 38 Posted July 12, 2015 ISO pure is good. I use it and premier mostly premier because I don't have to mix it. Surprised it's giving you troubles. good luck!!
nativedoll1 7 Posted July 12, 2015 @@majorsmama that's a good idea. I'm going to try that. Thank you!
LovinSoul 113 Posted July 12, 2015 I just posted on another thread....sorry to be redundant....but I happen to love Isopure Zero Carb Creamy vanilla whey isolate powder.
