lauraellen80 855 Posted July 11, 2015 Welcome! Back problems were a big factor in my decision to have surgery. And less than a month out, my back pain has been significantly reduced already! Good luck in your journey!
ShrinkingPeach 1,291 Posted July 12, 2015 @@yasky33, welcome! @@proudgrammy is spot on! You will get lots of advice if you ask but definitely listen to your surgeon and nutritionist. Your plan will be similar to some and totally different from others. Do your own plan as it is given to you. Do that and you will be successful! You will consistently lose weight and you will feel sooo much better! Good luck to you and speak up often!

lauraellen80 855 Posted July 12, 2015 What are the q&a for the pyscharist in getting approval It varies greatly... some psychologists have you fill out a long questionnaire, while others just meet with you and chat. Mine had me fill out a couple short surveys, but mostly we just talked.
kzaiser 3 Posted July 12, 2015 I am new also to this forum. I am in the beginning stages of this journey to getting the sleeve. I actually have the lap-band and the band is horrible. I am getting it taken out and getting the sleeve in same surgery. So excited! I just wish I would have done the sleeve from the start.
