@@jess9395 No, I've never tried them in coffee. I have the Cappuccino flavor for that although I think it taste more like a cinnamon snicker doodle than coffee. My favorite right now is the new strawberry mousse I got. It taste like strawberry nest quick! I'm thrilled with it! I can't even try the chocolate truffle because I keep going for it

Yeah try a sample pack. I should have done that and may still do it because I started off buying the Fuzzy Naval tub and really don't care for it. I know a lot of people love it, it's just not for me so I still have it. I tried to make some Popsicles out of it and it was ok. I hate to waste it.

I buy my Syntrax at Vitamin Shop. They will take it back if you don't like it. I returned my fuzzy navel and got the vanilla bean torte. The sales person told me the difference in the matrix is it has a lot more sugar and less Protein.

LOL next time read the labels. Same amount of protein--23g and yes matrix has more sugar--a whopping 3G.

The basic difference is the type of Protein.

Yesterday's Breakfast was a midmorning Bariatric Advantage Protein shake.

Today....not sure. Crashed early last night and woke up crazy early today. Morning coffee came really early, too. I may hit a local 24/7 spot for an omelette this morning.
