Travel Girl: Wondering how it been going... I think that ANY exercise is good and I especially liked the fact that you were seeing differences in places you hadn't been previously with your regular workout!

KEEP US POSTED! and BTW... you are doing GREAT!

I will! I'm telling you, I come out of there with my heart pounding away, sweat rolling off me, out of breath, and shaky. I recover fairly quickly, though, but I find that any other exercise I want to do for the day, I better do BEFORE I go do the ROM, because I'm totally wasted afterwards... My muscles are SO tired for HOURS after...

I'd invest in a heart rate monitor that you can customize with your own vitals. I'm glad to hear you haven't stopped doing what you were doing before in terms of exercise. To me, the 4- minute thing makes it seem like PFM (PUre F*&king Magic) and we all know where those things got us in the first place.

Rock on for trying something new but knowing what's truly best for your body!

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
