mzboydkin 19 Posted July 9, 2015 Hello, I should be having mine around end of Aug early September. I need my EGD and finish up with the dietitian. I've nervous because I've gained weight since the start of my appts and fear I may not be approved. So I have to lose some weight before next appt, which I will I didn't come this far to for nothing! Good luck to you.
majorsmama 91 Posted July 9, 2015 Why did you give up meat? Post-op, meat will be the most important part of your diet!

LittleMissCopular 50 Posted July 9, 2015 Why did you give up meat? Post-op, meat will be the most important part of your diet! well I work about an hour at home so I usually don't get home until after 8pm I was finding that after having such a heavy meal and a decent amount of meat right before bed Always made me feel nauseous with a tummy ache in the AM. However this won't be anything long term, Its just something I wanted to try while detoxing. I have learnt so much on here already! Naomi I would love that! scamp662 15 Posted July 10, 2015 Hey all. I too am tentatively scheduled for October surgery. I'm older than you are but would love to have Ya hold my hand through this. I'm biggest deal is the anathesia. I'm even nervous about having the EGD. It's the meds I'm one that doesn't like my mental state to be altered. Any advise????
