Waters 0 Posted July 15, 2007 Hi Everyone, It's been a long time since I posted hope everyone is doing good. I finally got some much needed sleep and have been really working at the the treadmill. I still need to play catch-up though. Was able to walk the last few days, hopefully it will continue. My weight has fluctuated so much this past week. Suzzzie. 3 Posted July 24, 2007 Hey. I'm at 195 minutes. I've begun to realize that for me - this first month - I have over estimated my ability to get to the gym and do the exercise. Lol. I'm semi-pleased with what I have done, but I know I could do better. I know I won't reach my goal, and I'm cool with that. I think for August I'm going to stick with around 500 minutes. Lol!!
