How long did it take for the drain opening to heal up? Im tired of bandaging this thing. Thanks

Mine took about two days to scab over.

I keep a bandage on it but its not scabing over.....i hate having a hole there ugh

Mine took four days to close up. I kept a bandage on it the whole time.

I had the nurse take a look at mine. I have a small infection that will go away on its own. I shouldnt worry i guess. Just wish it would close up already

Mine only took 2-3 days, but I did cover it when I showered until my post-op apt and then they said I did not need to cover it.

Still not closed up. I ho back o the 20th so hopefully by then. Its just staying the same.

All good now. Took forever for that bugger to close. Finally just let the air get to it and that helped close it.

Leave it open to air as much as possible. A bandage keeps moisture in, not allowing a proper scab to form.
