Did anyone else gain weight after starting soft foods? and then go into a stall??

Hi Nicole, yes I did gain about 2lbs, then lost it again but have stalled for little over a week. I've been told this is perfectly normal and your body is trying to adjust and figure things out. Feel free to keep in touch!

Yes. Entire GI tract is empty after liquid diet. Beginning to fill 30 feet of tubing puts on some weight. Worry yee not. It comes off unless you abuse. You will do great
