It is grilled and in the freezer section t the store. I am impressed and it is a perfect portion. 15 grams of Protein and two meals per box. If you like grilled fish, give it a try. I even microwave it. I bought salamon and cod also.

It is (precooked) pregrilled and tasted great out of the microwave. Next time I will try the oven though.

Just bought these a couple of weeks ago and I love them. Easy to prepare and very tasty. Multiple flavors so I don't get bored. These are great and keep you on track. Big thumbs up.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
