shakes, broths and "thinned" cream of potato soup! Two full weeks of this per my Dr. Give me strength!

The thinned cream based Soups were awesome after three days of clears. Something savory instead of sweet! I use Fair Life nonfat milk on the advice of my NUT. Adds nice creaminess and added Protein.

Yes it is a very rough road! I literally have no energy at all! I am figuring that is because I have had nothing but Water since last Wednesday. I can have the cream based Soups and things starting tomorrow but I think I am going to break down and have just a little tonight!!
