Tam180 69 Posted July 6, 2015 Ok here I am 44 and just got on the scales and now there is 30 pounds to lose. Never Mind I was 50 from goal at my lowest (212) Gonna do the 5:2. I have avoided it long enough. I have a six hour drive with my adult daughter and my grandson. And tomorrow my first fast day. I got this. I now 4 years out and I am so disappointed with myself....I have regained nearly 30 pounds, I am going to try the back to basics 5 day pouch....food is such a struggle and everyday battle!!!!! hollingsworthishome 13 Posted July 13, 2015 I feel the same way, it's unbelievable how food can control one's life if allowed!! It really is a battle! I KNOW what I need to do, and I hope that is half the battle!! Now.....I just need to do it.
