Daisee68 2,493 Posted July 5, 2015 Are those the details of the plan given to you by your surgeon? Just curious because I wasn't allowed mozzarella or hard boiled egg. Mine was only a week so it was truly liquids only and I was limited to 3 shakes a day.
mlmanney 46 Posted July 5, 2015 I am not yet to that stage since I don't have a date yet (august surgery). I was given my Drs guidelines, they are a shake for Breakfast and lunch and a 350 calorie dinner.

Icandoalthingsthruchrist 9 Posted July 5, 2015 I was told that if I start to feel hungry I could squeeze in a 3rd Protein shake if I needed to. Not sure why I included Jello and a 4th shake in my schedule. I must have typed over some previous notes. My apologies. But yes, I'm able to eat the following for snacks: 2 mozzarella sticks, or 2 hard boiled eggs, or 1 mozzarella stick and 1 egg. This is daily. I created this schedule and based it on the notes I took at my bariatric educational class. Also, I'm on a 900 calorie diet. I'm kind of excited.

Psychsnob 27 Posted July 5, 2015 My menu today is: 8:00am: Protein shake 12:00pm: Protein Shake 4:00pm: Protein shake 8:00pm: protein shake ???????????????????????? I was sleeved 6/22. The first 10 days was Clear Liquids only. The next 16 days are Protein shakes only. It's absolute torture drinking these. I'd rather not eat anything at all. ???? Icandoalthingsthruchrist 9 Posted July 5, 2015 Hello Psychsnob, My 2 weeks are Clear Liquids too, but we're allowed the snack of an egg or mozzarella stick. I'm drinking all the cans of chicken broth to get my 900 calories in. And even after doing this I might still be under 900 unfortunately. I drink the chocolate Premier Protein shakes. They're very tasty to me so I don't mind drinking them.
