Bndtoslv 292 Posted July 3, 2015 Anyone have a tip for making them less foamy?
Debbie623 65 Posted July 3, 2015 I didn't like the foam at first either. I used a blender. You could try a shaker. My nut said that part of it was finding a consistency that you can tolerate. She suggested using only 4 oz. Water and whisking it to make a pudding? I never felt it seemed like pudding, but you could try it. Also I liked it in a blender with 8 oz of Water and more ice. You may need to experiment.
lucky1gg33 107 Posted July 3, 2015 I can tolerate the foam in the creamy shakes. I use Cappuccino Protein Powder and add instant Decaf coffee in the morning. For my liquids throughout the day when I am tired of Water, I use Syntax nectar Protein powder (grapefruit, Twisted cherry, tropical breeze, etc). For these, I mix them in the morning and put them in the fridge. The foam disapates that way!
