Hello all! I am Ericka, 35 from Chicago, and I am new in this process. I have only had my first consultation, and I just got referrals to see the pulmonary doctor and psychiatric doctor. Hello all and welcome Ericka.

I too am at the pre-surgery stage but closer to end. ???? I have done everything tests; EKG; chest X-ray; nutritionist; psychologist and the endoscopy but they found ulcers and just lately H. Pylori SO meds and another 6 week wait. ????

This site has help me so much to read and learn that I wanted to share my journey with everyone.

I wanted to come back to original post. I was approved by my insurance for RNY and my surgery date is 11/2/15, exactly 4 months from my first post here. I have so many emotions.????????????????????????

Curious why the revision from sleeve to bypass? Doesn't the sleeve get SE results as a by pass?
