rebirth1029 102 Posted July 2, 2015 I'm halfway through the insurance prerequisites I had to do 6 months supervised diet, psyche evaluation, and EGD my mindset is different now and I feel like this time I'm ready my last diet visit isn't until Sept 9th hopefully looking at a late September or early October sleeve date Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
