Lilu 65 Posted July 2, 2015 I am three years out and have struggles through this weight lost journey. I Had many illness after surgery which set me back. I also was a slow loser. But since I went to Florida for two weeks I got a new lease on life I have lost a good amount of weight and I am still losing it. I am so glad that things are fall into place. I started this journey with a lot of hope and dreams and it feels good to finally see then come to life. I would like to tell every one please don't feel regret just get back on that horse and try again this is your life change and you will never get there if you don't work at it. Good Luck All

Queen of Crop 1,104 Posted July 2, 2015 I am almost 4 years out and although I have to work at staying at goal I have been at goal since 1 year out. I just want to say that as I was walking home from the gym the other day and marveling at my good life, I never in my wildest dreams thought at age 61 I would be happier than I have ever been. And it would not have happened without this surgery. I am grateful every day.
