Need approval through Medicaid South Dakota

Hi all! I have not been approved for the procedure yet. I need a diagnosis of a comorbidity in order to be approved and I am not yet at 40 BMI. My doc said not to worry. I have back pain and it hasn't been documented, and I am also getting a sleep study done to see if I have sleep apnea. Wondering if anyone has been able to pass the sleep apnea test or get approved by Medicaid by visits to Chiropractor for less than a year. I am so ready to commit to surgery and I don't know how to get approved. I had to show my doc the list of comorbities that will justify getting the surgery. I need some help and guidance, PLEASE! thanks.
