tlemieux220 138 Posted July 28, 2015 I am struggling to get back on track.. I know I am not getting in all my Water, and I have been going up and down by 1 to 2 lbs these last couple of weeks. Stress is a big factor, sometimes I feel like I am sabotaging myself. I have not been under 200 lbs in so long that it seems scary to me to be there. Just venting.
