Trying not to get depressed. :'(I think the 170s were the hardest I encountered. You feel awesome because you can wear normal clothes and your body works like it should. I got comfortable and started cheating/sticking little things in my mouth. It took me awhile to realize I was doing that. As soon as I got it under control, the weight started coming off again.
