Late again, sorry @@stephh! I'm at 223.

Definitely not going to make it to goal by next week, but happy to be back on the loser's bench!!

176.0 I'm at a loss about this large gain. Can't seem to get out of the 170s UGH! Trying not to get depressed. :'(

I think the 170s were the hardest I encountered. You feel awesome because you can wear normal clothes and your body works like it should. I got comfortable and started cheating/sticking little things in my mouth. It took me awhile to realize I was doing that. As soon as I got it under control, the weight started coming off again.
