Bobbie155 0 Posted July 23, 2007 Does anyone have Highmark PPO Blue of Pennsylvania and know if Lapband is covered by this plan? :help:
mylapspirit 2 Posted July 23, 2007 In our area of PA I think I heard that Highmark was now covering the Lapband procedure but you will have to call and check your individual policy. I am sending you hope in your endeavors. shelli:ranger:

ButterflyKisses 0 Posted August 2, 2007 JennyD, I have seen people talk about the shoulder pain also. If anyone can help me out here, when does this usually happen? I was banded on the 26th of July and feel great so far . How long after the operation does this usually happen and is it from the gas?
valzie 0 Posted August 2, 2007 Hi Butterfly they say that it is cause by the gas that they blow the chest cavity with. If it hasnt happend yet it most likely wont. Val
