Could be in a plateau for loss, it may help to think of prior surgery weight losses added to now and stalling loss for a bit. Plateau;

You must stick to the very low amounts you still use for food in order to maintane the smallness of your stomach, don't let a stall or plateau fool you in to being disinterested in what your already doing. Stick hard and close to your special dietary needs and schedule, always do what the doctors say. Your stomach is now shrunk to an unusaul smallness which will in months or year or more go back to fitting larger amounts, it is essential to use this smallness and lack of appetite now and prolong this period of diet newness best for as long as you can.

It's just normal body fluctuations. Don't worry about it. Throughout this whole process, you're going to stall and see fluctuations. You may as well get used to it.

As long as you're getting your Protein and fluids in, minimizing carbs from bread, Pasta, etc.. and moving a little, you will see the weight come off. Just bear with the daily fluctuations.
