Karen Crawford Wright 20 Posted June 28, 2015 Hi everyone, I'm excited to be a part of this forum and am thrilled there is such a thing! I'm 53 years old and have been dieting my whole life it seems. I weigh 240lbs and I am 5'5". I have a gastric sleeve surgery scheduled for July 10th and am excited and scared to death at the same time. My doctor is Dr. Keith Boone of Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery Associates in Fresno, California. I have confidence in him and I hope to goodness my surgery goes as planned (laparoscopic).
